1.Quotations & Estimates 

. All quotations and estimates are based on the information provided at the time 

. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated  otherwise

. Prices may change if additional work is required or if unforeseen issues are discovered once work has commenced. 

. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before proceeding 

2.Payment Terms

. Payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

. We reserve the right to request part or full payment upfront for larger jobs or materials.

. Late payments may result in reminder chargers and/or suspension of future works. 

3.Cancellations & Missed Appointments

. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hour's notice.

. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or cancellation charge.

. Customers must ensure safe, clear access to the property and work area at the agreed time. 

4. Annual Service Visits

. Annual service checks are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise agreed.

. The service is intended to identify visible or accessible issues only.

. Hidden defects, future failures, or issues outside reasonable inspection are not guaranteed to be identified.

. Any recommended repairs are quoted separately and are not included in the annual service price.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

. We guarantee our workmanship for a reasonable period following completion of work.

. This guarantee does not cover:

. Normal wear and tear

. Misuse or neglect

. Pre-existing faults

. Materials supplied by the customer

6. Materials & Customer-Supplied Items 

. Materials supplied by We Fix Liverpool remain our property until paid for in full.

. Where customers supply their own materials or fixtures, we are not responsible for faults, defects, or failures related to those items. 

7. Liability

. We Fix Liverpool will not be held liable for:

. Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.

. Damage caused by factors beyond our control.

. Delays due to access issues, parts availability, or third parties.

. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. 

8. Health & Safety

. All work will be carried out with reasonable care and in line with health and safety requirements.

. Customers must inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, unsafe wiring, or structural issues before work begins. 

9. Complaints & Issues

. Any concerns should be raised as soon as reasonably possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the fairly and promptly.

. We aim to deal with all complaints professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. 

10. Governing Law

. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
